Gold and Silver or Juice

There are 4800 MLM companies in the MLM industry. 4800 different products or services that are being offered to people every day. To get involved in an MLM business today usually means a certain amount of cash up front to get the business started. Usually you are placed on an auto-ship for the product that you are marketing. If it’s juice then you are probably on an auto-ship to receive $100 0r $200 or it might even be $500 worth of juice  being shipped to your house every single month. If it’s vitamins, then you are required to receive $100 or more in vitamins every month shipped to your house.

Vitamins are good. Taking care of yourself is good. I have been taking vitamins for most of my life.

Make Money at Home

Ask any entrepreneur this question; “What are you doing all this for?” You most likely will get this answer. “To make money at home!” That is the answer that I always hear and that was always the answer that I gave. I want to make money and lots of it from my home office. I want to pay all my bills off, buy a new car, get that boat I always wanted, take that trip to Europe, buy my dream home, etc…etc…etc.

Than I thought I would be more self giving and sound very self righteous. I really want to help people, and I do! But how many times do you hear that now. I hear people say that all the time, when I know that they really want to make MONEY! LOTS OF MONEY!! Who are they fooling.

Imagine making money at home while you sleep. Imagine waking up richer than when you went to bed the night before. Imagine receiving streams of money from people all over the world. Imagine a business that operates on auto pilot, whether you show up or not. Imagine low overhead and high profits. Imagine running your business from different world wide locations. A cell phone on a beach in Hawaii or from your lap top in a restaurant in France. If you can imagine these things, you can achieve them using the vehicle of… the internet.

For a long time I used the methods of cold calling, chasing all my family and friends, having meetings at my house and at their house, setting up tables at job fairs and passing out brochures. I did everything that my up-line told me to do and all I got was an empty wallet and all my family and friends running from me every time they saw me. “What are you doing this for?”, I asked myself.

If you are in an MLM business, than you know what I am talking about. You have done the same thing. Oh yea, you get some people that will hoop on board, but the minute that they don’t see any money coming in and all the same things that you go through, they’re gone. Do you blame them?

Then I discovered the internet. Well, I don’t mean that I discovered the internet. Al Gore did that. (sorry. I couldn’t resist) It’s been there all the time. People are using it more and more for shopping, and paying their bills. Many companies, because of the tough economic times, are closing their brick and motor buildings and are just doing business from the internet. Circuit City is one example of this. Everyone thought they went out of business. They did not.  The only way you can shop at Circuit City now is on the internet.

How many adds have you seen popping up all over the place saying, “Bring your gold here and we will give you top dollar for it.” Gold and silver has become a very popular commodity recently. You can go online and visit just about every dealer of gold and silver there is. Shop around and get the best deal…on the internet.

I realized that I wasn’t marketing at all. I was chasing people into the corner, making them listen to me. Why don’t you sign on the dotted line. I have the best product. It’s a no brainier. (if I hear that again, I think I will scream).

When I finally realized that I had to market in a totally different way. My business changed over night. The old days of cold calling, chasing people, are over. The Dollar is Falling…The Dollar is Falling!

What if you new that the collapse of the American dollar was inevitable? Would it alter the kind of life that you live today? Would your view of your economic future be affected, and what would you change in your life, if you would change anything at all?

Some very thought provoking questions. I don’t mean to scare anyone nor will you see me standing on the top of my roof crying out, “The dollar is falling… The dollar is falling!” I would however, like to give you some food for thought.

In 1971, President Richard Nixon convinced the world to replace gold and silver money with paper money. Every time that happens there is tremendous economic volatility in the markets. Going all the way back to the Romans and the Greeks, whenever governments decide to replace gold and silver with their own paper money, things start to change.

This is why guys like Robert Kiyosaki, Peter Shiff, and others can predict the future. It’s not because they have some crystal ball that can see into the economic future. They just read the writing on the wall. It’s there for all to see. It’s just that some refuse to look.

Our government and Europe, is printing paper money like it’s going out of style. Well guess what? It is. You cannot just keep printing this paper that has no gold or silver backing to it, and think it will increase or hold any value to it at all. It will continue to fall in value until there is no more value to it. Then what will we do? What will you do?

That is why gold, silver, oil, real estate continues and will continue to go up in value because the cash that we print is trash. Exchanging your green paper money for commodities such as these is a very smart investment right now. If you continue to work and save all your money, putting it into a bank or 401k, you will lose in the long run.

Lets just take a look at silver. Gold is something that people buy and hold onto it. They horde it. Throw it it there safe deposit boxes and never look at it again. Silver is used very much in manufacturing. Cell phones, computers, electric lights, all use silver. The silver reserves are shrinking because of the manufacturing usage of silver. Right now, for every ounce of gold that I buy, I can buy 60 ounces of silver. I call that a bargain.

Where will the price of silver be in five, ten years from now? No one knows. Some think it could go into the thousands per ounce. But one thing we do know,  gold and silver prices are continuing to rise, and the dollar is falling…the dollar is falling!

I was watching a movie the other day called, ” John Adams “. He was  the sixth president of the United States.  The movie took place about the time when he was not president but a congressman from the state of Massachusetts. Actually they were not states back then, they were called countries. They were countries governed by their own laws.

They were convening in Philadelphia worrying about what to do with the British starting to breath down their necks. John Adams was the one who took the bull by the horns and pushed the notion of declaring our independence from British rule.

It was interesting to see how the movie showed the other side. The more personable side of John Adams, his wife and family. It showed his wife as very much a part of his life and career. Many times offering her advice and thoughts about the cases that he was trying. He was an attorney.

The one thing that stood out the most to me was the tremendous sacrifice that, he and all these men that were involved in forming the foundation for the freedoms that we all enjoy today. They were giving not from a compulsion to an office or a position to rule over anyone. They gave their fortunes, their time, and some of them, even their lives, for the freedoms of all Americans.

So it is with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He was a minister. A very humble man who loved this country. He didn’t take. He gave. He gave for all the same reasons as John Adams and our fore fathers gave. He gave for the freedom and rights of all men. Not by the color of your skin, or religion, or gender, but by the quality and character of the heart. He gave the ultimate sacrifice, his own life on the alter of freedom. He belongs on the same plane as the freedom fighters our fore fathers were. All true American heroes.

I’m so tired of listening to the whining and moaning of people who only care about the quality of their own lives and of their rights. What belongs to me is all that will ever fog the lens of their selfish eyes.

And to those who come here with no other intention but to steal the resources that this great land has to offer. To murder, rob and destroy us of the very freedoms that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., John Adams, George Washington, and all of their company fought so hard for and gave to us. We must eradicate these evil people from off our shores.

As John F Kennedy said. ” …and so my fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”

MLM Marketing

I love football. I love sports, but football is one of my favorite. The football playoffs are on right now. The excitement. Unfortunately my Detroit Lions have missed the playoffs again.

I play fantasy football also, and I did win our Super Bowl for 2009. That is an awesome experience. Trophy and all. You would only understand this if you are a sports fan.

What I want to talk to you about is not NFL football. The NFL that I’m talking about stands for; No More Family and friends Left. Are you in this NFL League?

I used to be there. I would find some awesome opportunity  and want to share it with everyone that I knew. Only thing is nobody was ever home when I called. They would run the other way when they saw me coming. They would think to themselves;” What is Brian into now?”

You get into this league when you are told to make a list of all your warm market contacts in order to get your business off and running. This is the first mistake. When I was talking to my grandma, she didn’t have a clue as to what I was talking about and she didn’t really care. She would just be nice and buy something from me, and I would get a nice meal from her. I was never going to grow my business this way.

If you were starting a baseball team would you go and talk to construction workers? Or would you go to grandma knitting class and see who you could recruit? No, you would go and talk to baseball players.

If you are starting a network marketing business wouldn’t it make sence to go and talk to network marketers?

Lets take a look at both of these lists of recruits we would get.

List #1: grandma, friends, family and perfect strangers.

List #2: Only network marketing entrepreneurs, past, present, or aspiring future ones.

List #1: Is only built by your sphere of influence. How many people do you know.

List #2: Is built by the scopes of the internet, which is wide and deep.

List #1: Maybe one out of ten is an entrepreneur and even he may network marketing.

List #2: Nine out of ten are network marketing entrepreneurs. (nothing is 100%)

List #1: You have to ask them if they are interested, and nine times out of ten, you will be rejected.

List #2: You know they are interested because the only way they get on the list is if they are network marketers or interested in your specific business.

List #1: You might have a hundred people, but you have to meet each and everyone.

List #2: Starts off fast and grows by 20 people everyday on auto-pilot without me having to face them belly to belly.

List#1: You will get to the NFL League with this list.

List #2: Won’t make the cut.

All of us need to have a list of people for our businesses to be successful. They will differ drastically by how we build them and who gets on.

If you want to be a member of the NFL League, just continue to do what you’ve been told to do and keep chasing your grandma and all her friends.

If you want to put together a real team of qualified, pre-interested, experienced network marketing entrepreneurs, then step into the 21st century of network marketing.
