I am not what I think I am. I am not what you think I am. I am what I think, you think I am.
That may sound confusing at first but say it to yourself slowly several times. Think about it and it will start to sink in.
This is the dilemma that so many people live with every day of their lives. If they park themselves in this mindset for very long, it will become a weight and a way of life that will be very hard to escape from. Their image and how they believe others view them, will be the catalyst that will rule and direct their life forever. Unless something comes in and shatters that belief system.
There is the law of gravity and just as powerful……..the law of attraction.
Their are three groups of people in the world. There are leaders, up and coming leaders, and followers. The people that I just described are the followers. Sometimes they think they are the leaders, but they are only following a self deceived image that they will never attain too…. Because it’s not real.
What determines what group you are in is not your financial status. It’s not where you are on the social scale. It’s determined by your state of mind. This is not given to you by others or bestowed on you by your piers. It comes from within you. People just reflect what you believe about yourself. Followers just ask permission, from the group they are in, where their niche is, by the view they have of themselves. You are what you think.
The second group is an up and coming leader. This is the person who is viewing themselves as a leader, but aren’t quite there yet. I said yet, because they will struggle and stumble at times, but they are moving in the right direction. It is important that your actions follow your beliefs. People can sniff out a phony, and if you are, “faking it until you make it”, you will fail. Be true to yourself. People will respect that.
A great example of this is when a person gets a promoted into a management position. What usually happens is they are challenged by their piers and animosity and sometimes resentment sets in. The transition is not an easy one. How they weather this storm will determine what kind of attraction power they will have over others.
The final group is the real leader. They have gone through the steps and the challenges of their belief in themselves. Belief always comes from results. They have trained and gained the confidence and the knowledge to lead. They have given the dedication, time, and perseverance that has brought out the action, behaviors, and results that they were attaining too. They have stepped out of their comfort zones and worked through their fears to reach their goals.
This is the pinnacle of the law of attraction. Pushing those comfort lines, fears, and criticisms out of the way. Building and reinforcing the belief system that you have in yourself. That you can be all that you can be.
This is what attracts people. This is who they will follow. People who are confident in themselves. People who know what they want and are willing to focus their energies on achieving their goals. Strength of character, confidence, knowledge, and the value that comes from it, will make you a power draw of the law of attraction.
Follower. Up and coming leader. Genuine leader. Which one are you?
