Advice and Strategies That Will Take You Out of This World

Network Marketers Need Tools

I have a friend who is a carpenter and my son is an electrician. In order for them to do their jobs properly, and make sure everything is in the right place, working the way it’s supposed too, they need the right tools. They have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on tools. They have to maintain those tools also, which ads another expense to their business.

Doctors also need the right tools to perform the delicate surgeries that they do. It costs them in the millions of dollars to operate or lease the complex things they need to perform they’re procedures on us. Would you want your doctor operating on you with old tools that were outdated or haven’t been calibrated in a long time?

Network Marketers Need Tools

1. Computer

It’s no different when it comes to online marketing. Network Marketers need tools too. You need a computer, and you need a good one. Working on that ten year old computer, is not going to cut it. Technology changes so fast, you almost need to buy a new computer every five years or so. Expect to pay about $400-$600 dollars for a good computer.

2. Auto-Responder

Next, you will need a good auto-responder. I don’t care what business you’re in, you need to build a list of followers or leads, and you need to keep in touch with them. You need to constantly be feeding them the information and value that they’re looking for to help them with they’re businesses. This will generally cost you about $20 dollars a month.

3. Domain Name

You have to have a domain name to brand you. You are the business and you are the company. Get a domain name, preferably with your name dot com. A domain name is like owning a piece of the internet. It belongs to you and no one else. It’s like owning a piece of real estate that you control and build on.  Domain names run anywhere from $10 to $15 dollars a year. There are very inexpensive.

4. Hosting Account

You must have a hosting account in order to put your domain name on it. This hosting server gives you the place top park your domain and keeps it running on the internet. They vary in price, depending where you get it from, but they have come down in price.

You don’t want to get a cheap one either, as they don’t always have the best service or tech support when you need it. The price for a good hosting account can run you about $150 dollars a year.

5. Video Producer

Video marketing is growing every day. If you aren’t doing some type of video campaign, you are going to get left in the back of the room. 52% of people will be more likely to opt in to a site that has a video, then one that doesn’t.

People love to connect with a friendly face, that they can see and hear. It’s almost like being there right in front of them, and I guess you really are, but in video form.

You can do free videos on YouTube and other sites, but beware, as these sites have been known to shut down accounts for no reason at all. If that happens, you lose all your videos and complete access to your account.

The best way to go is to a video hosting site, where all your videos are safe, and you don’t have to worry about getting shut down. There may be some restrictions as to home many videos you can have, and they can get pricey.  The cost for this is around a $100 dollars a month.

Excluding the cost of a computer, your marketing costs will be about $1400 dollars a year, or just under $120 dollars a month.

Remember, every business or profession needs tools. Weather you’re in real estate, electrician, or a doctor, you need tools and you need training to be the best that you can be, and to earn the type of income that you want to earn. There are no free lunches.

I talk to people all the time, who want to come into network marketing and start to market online, but they don’t want to spend any money for tools or for their training. Nothing works like that…I know…I tried it.

I have something for you to use that can get you started on the right track right now, and the cost is free.

It’s got an auto-responder, domain names, hosting, conferencing, video producer, blog builder, lead capture page system, and some of the best training for online marketers, that will get you firing on all cylinders right out of the gate.

Instead of paying almost $120 dollars a month, you get it all for under $10 dollars a month.

That’s not an introductory offer either, that’s what it is every month. As a matter of fact, you can try all the tools that they have for a whole two weeks for free. No credit card needed…it’s free.

Do You Need To Be Empowered?

I remember a cartoon show that my kids used to watch when they were little. I think it was called Power Rangers, but I remember all of these little kids would stand in a circle and put their hands together and reach to the sky, lighting would flash and hit their hands, run through their bodies and transform them and empower them, into these Power Rangers, with super powers and strength. They would go out to defeat the bad guys.

The dictionary defines the word empower as; to give power or authority to. I guess that’s what the Power Rangers kind of did, but to be more realistic, that’s what David Wood and David Sharpe have done. The Empowered Network won’t give you lightening bolts running from the skies into your hands and arms, but it will give you 100% commissions running into your bank account.

The Empower network is doing exactly that, to the tune of over 800,000 dollars so far. David Wood and David Sharpe, just started Empower Network on October 31st…Halloween night, but there is nothing spooky about what their doing, nor of the results that their getting.

Check out this Alexa Ranking on Empower Network.

In just three

weeks the Empower Network has jumped up, and jumped way up in the Alexa Rankings. From the bottom, all the way up to number 435 in the US. That’s viral folks to the emf degree. You don’t get any better than this, and I think that we will be at the top in the next three weeks.

Imagine if your blog was ranked like this? Do you think that you just might get a little bit more traffic to your site? I definitely know you would. Well that’s the power of the Empower Network can do for you.

You get a blog and can write about anything. You don’t have to get a domain, or pay for hosting, and as people come to read about your blog posts, they are going to see everything in the store. You get all this and much more.

See for yourself, right here.

Listen to me! Don’t quit! You just need to be empowered! Get empowered right now!

Business is People People and People

Remember the song that Barbara Streisand sang; “People who need people, are the luckiest people in the world”. Good thing you are only reading this and not hearing me sing it right now, I would lose you for sure.

Let’s just think about that for a moment. People who need people; who doesn’t need other people? Now I’m a very independent person, but I would be absolutely lost without other people in my life, and so would you. People make the world go round, we need each other whether you want to admit that or not.

I remember an old Lee Marvin movie, “Hell in the Pacific”. It’s a story of an American marine pilot and a Japanese naval officer, stranded on the same island back in 1944 during World War II. They are naturally enemies but it’s very interesting how they finally realize that they need each other if they are ever going to leave the island alive.

People and relationships are what make our lives move and have meaning. A relationship is what got you married, if your married. A relationship with your friend is what got you in trouble, when you egged that house way back on a cold dark evening in October, and it’s relationships that keep your business growing and thriving. The same trust that comes from relationships where we are saying, “I do”, is the same trust that’s going to turn a curious lead into a valuable customer.

Here are four steps you can take to get yourself and your blog out there where other people can see you and come over to read what you have, that will allow you to make that very important connection.

Join Social Networks

More than 80% of Americans use social networks

I don’t mean to just get a twitter or a Facebook account and start sending out friend requests. Join some groups and get to know some people. Talk to them and ask them questions. It’s like the new neighbor moving in, you come down to their house with a pie and introduce yourself to them by being a little neighborly.

That may be the old-fashioned way of doing things but it works, and people will get to know you by seeing you around, and they will eventually ask you about what you do. It happens all the time. Having the right tools in place will give you that extra edge.

We live in a social networking world, even governments can’t get away with doing things without the whole world knowing about it, or even some of our political figures. You have to be careful what you send and say on your cell phone and your face Book account because everyone will read about it.

Join groups where the people have a need for your products. Don’t join weight loss groups when you have a cake decorating business.

It’s Not All About You

This is a big mistake that I’ve learned the hard way. Don’t just write content about you and your business, write about others and those that can contribute value to your readers. Give them content that will enhance them and thus you will be enhanced in their eyes. You will now become that someone who they want to come back for more and pass you onto others.

It’s even good to have guest writers on your blog, something that I’ve not done as of yet, but will definitely do in the future. Forget about yourself, and think about your customers. What are their problems? What matters to them? That’s what you need to be bringing to the table.

There’s nothing more impressive than stopping by the side of the road and helping that person fix their flat tire, and ask for nothing in return. People will remember that and you.

Give Them What They Want

Sometimes we get caught up as the expert in our field, and we know exactly what the customer’s problem is. I don’t mean the symptoms, or the issue that they want to fix right now — I mean the real problem that lies deep down at the root of it all. The trouble is that people don’t always know that, and so they aren’t looking for that solution. Start by introducing them to what they want and then you can deliver what they need later along the way.

Give Them a Call

This is the most important one. More than 80% of your business depends on this one.

I don’t care how many leads you can generate, if you’re not on the phone and connecting with people you will never make a dime in this industry. Even if you don’t make a sale, you’ve made a connection that might come back later to a sale. That has happened so many times.

I’ve talked with people and never closed a sale, but I’ve helped them with something that they may have been struggling with, and they are grateful and are going to remember me.

This was the hardest thing for me to learn to do, was to pick up that phone and give that person a call. I remember doing all those cold calls back when I was in the mortgage industry. I hated doing them, but they were a great training ground for what I’m doing today. It’s like riding a bike, once you learn how to do it, you never forget and it gets easier and easier as you go along. Sure you will fall down and get bruised up, but that’s how you learn.

Just do it and that 800 pound gorilla, we call the phone, will become as light as a feather, and your bank account will thank you.

Two Tools That Will Make Your Headlines Stop People

Weather you’re just surfing some of your favorite blogs, going through the internet, or even just a magazine in the doctor’s office, have you ever just stopped at a headline that caught your attention? Than the doctor calls you in and you don’t want to put down the magazine. Like a deer caught in the headlights is what your headline needs to do to your reader.

Now I don’t mean some of the todays headlines that I’ve read in the past like; “Read This or I will Kill You!”, “My Drug Secret Has Come Out in the Open”, or ” Shut Up You Make Me Sick”. Now there is no doubt that these might get you to stop and start reading, but they usually won’t keep you reading all the way through to the end. I think that headlines like these will start to train people to stay away from your articles rather than attract them to you.

It’s like the boy who cried wolf. At first you will get people to come, but once they catch on that this is just one of your tactics to draw their attention, they will learn to stay away. Once they start reading and find no relevance to your title, they will be gone. People are not dumb and we should never treat them like they are.

The headline has to have the ability to catch someones attention rather quickly and then draw them into what you’re saying, step by step. It’s a process that takes a little bit of practice and definitely some understanding of human nature. That doesn’t mean that you have to be a psychologist or a professional writer, just being who you are, and giving people what they are looking for.

I guess if you were writing for “The National Enquirer”, you might get away with headlines like the ones I just spoke of, or if you believe that a women could give birth to an eight pound baby elephant, or the story of a bat child being found in a cave, than you might want to quit writing and check yourself into the nearest hospital.

The National Enquirer also carries a reputation for that kind of writing, and those kind of headlines are not surprising to see, but unless you want that type of reputation also, you might want to stay away from those kinds of headlines.

There are other ways to get people to read your blog, and I want to give you two tools that will make your headlines stop people. I use these all the time when I’m writing and they are extremely good.

1. The first one is free, and I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like free. It’s called, “Advanced Marketing Institute”, and there is a tool that is used for measuring the effectiveness of your headlines on that site called the “Headline Analyzer“. You type in the headline that you want to use for your article and it will give you an EMV score for your headline. The “Emotional Marketing Value” will tell you if your headline will appeal to the spiritual, emotional, or intellectual side of your reader. You will be given a little summary and explanation of this process.

The headline of this article that you are reading right now was given a 37.5 % ranking and that’s not bad. I hope that you haven’t been disappointed with it either. I’ve had some headlines go as high as 58%. For comparison, most professional copywriters’ headlines will have 30 to 40%  EMV words in their headlines, while the most gifted copywriters will have 50%-75% EMV words in their headlines.

I love this tool and I use it all the time. Try it out for yourself and see if it doesn’t improve your headlines and the kind of response to your articles that you’re looking for.

2. The next one will cost you some money but I think it’s worth it. It’s called “Market Samurai” and it’s and incredible tool to measure keywords, not just in your headline, but also throughout your article. Keywords and SEO go hand in hand, and no you don’t have to be an SEO expert to use this tool. It not only measures and gives you keywords that you should be using to get ranked, but also measures your blog articles against other blogs in your niche, to give you high profit, low competition markets, with devastating accuracy. I love it. Try Market Samurai For Free!

I have been writing now for a while and I can get my articles ranked on the first page of Google with relative ease now, by using some very simple tools.

This doesn’t diminish the fact that you still need good relative content to attract people to your blog and your writing style, but with a little work and some good tools to help you out, you can climb up the search engine rankings, and watch the people line up to see what your writing about this week.

Get Hundreds of Shares Every Time You Write an Article Without Doing Any Work

A friend introduced me to TribePro awhile back. I have three blogs and I write on HubPages as well. I love to write, and needless to say, article marketing is one of my favorite tools in my arsenal of marketing weapons, but I was not ready for the impact TribePro would have on my articles.

Article marketing is a very effective marketing tool and if you’re not using it, you should really take a serious look at getting a blog or website started.

You need to brand “you”, and having a blog that describes who you are and what you like and what you do and what you have to say about different things, is going to be a big sign that advertizes you.

There is an array of article marketing tools out there, and I do have a couple of them that I have used in the past. Some work good and some not so good, but one thing is common for all of them, they take a lot of your time and a lot of your work and energy to get your stuff out in front of everyone.

Writing an article and getting the right headline and keywords all in place, takes time, but than you need to get your article out to the thousands of directories and in front of your target niche.

Learning how to generate the back links and doing the SEO to get your article ranked on the first page of Google was a lot of work and a skill that required lots of practice, but I have found a new way to do all that. It’s called TribePro.

TribePro is an incredible program that utilizes the buddy system. I used to get a couple of blog buddies and they would comment on my articles and I would do the same for them. That worked good but you had to have a lot of buddies to be able to do that effectively, and it’s very hard to get people to consistently share your posts with others. Not with TribePro.

Once you set up your account on TribePro, you want to connect with other tribe members. The more you have the better this will work. It does take a while to set everything up and to make connections with others, but believe me, it’s well worth it.

Now you write an article, and it is automatically sent to TribePro. All your friends are now sending your posts to all their Twitter, Face Book, Digg, and other social network accounts, and your post is getting in front of hundreds of people. Even comments can be set up as well.

I had a blog that was sitting dormant for a bout a year. It wasn’t even a blip on the search engines radar. The Alexa ranking was 1.8 million. It was no where to be found.

I dusted it off, and got it back up and running. I started posting articles once again and within four weeks my posts are getting on the first page of Google for my keywords, and the Alexa ranking is 428,365. Check it out, Health Hope and Happiness.com.

That’s the difference the the Tribe can make for your articles and your blog or website.

So here’s the deal – if you join TribePro through THIS LINK, upgrade to the top package, and then syndicate me – I’ll syndicate you back automatically, and share all of your stuff with my whole social network.

Sound too good to be true?  Honestly, it is – that easy, it’s like cheating the system to get instant, free traffic on demand, with no work or skill involved, and watch your rankings and traffic go through the roof.

There are easy to follow training videos that will walk you through the set up and they do weekly webinars also with new stuff that they’re working on.

After you’re set up, login, and auto-syndicate me.  Here’s how you do that:

1.)  Click on ‘Members’

2.)  Search for ‘Brian Gosur’

3.)  Click ‘follow’

4.)  Search for ‘Brian Gosur’ (again)

5.)  Click ‘auto-syndicate’

That’s it, you’re done. The next time I login, I’ll auto-syndicate you back and share all of your stuff, giving you instant, free traffic whenever you post.

Just look for the people that are the most active and repeat the steps above, send them a message, let them know you’re auto syndicated them, and ask them to do the same for you. They will reciprocate.

You’re going to see a virtual increase in leads and traffic almost instantly.

This is the best tool for article marketing I have ever seen. I guarantee you will see results.

The Brain and Consistency – Your Secret Weapon

Weather you know it or not, you have a secret weapon when it comes to your prospecting on the Internet. It’s working behind the scenes helping to convince your prospect that you are the one for them. What is this secret weapon…his brain.

The Brain and Consistency - Your Secret Weapon

The only way to capture, hold and keep the attention of your prospect’s brian is with consistency. One thing we all like is consistency.

I love doing my grocery shopping at a the Kroger store in our home town. One of the biggest reasons for that is not just the products that they offer, but the fact that I know where everything is at. I almost could walk the store blind folded, I’m so familiar with the stores layout.

I hadn’t gone grocery shopping in quite awhile, so I thought I would give my wife a break and go to the store. Little did I know that they had redone the entire store. I was lost. It took me an extra hour to do just a little bit of shopping. I left without getting a lot of things that I wanted, simply because I couldn’t find them. Very frustrating.

The same is true with your Internet prospecting. Just when people are getting used to who you are,  how you write, what you market, and where everything is at on your blog, you go around and change everything.

My mother liked moving the furniture around all the time, and almost killed my dad one day when he went to sit on his easy chair.

People like familiarity and consistency. Just because you get bored with what your doing, doesn’t mean that your prospects are. Changing when you find the right fit will mess up their brains and you don’t want to do that.

The brain realizes that the repeated constants around it must be important and it will automatically retain that information.

Think back, and I bet you can remember a commercial from way back in your childhood days, but you struggle to remember your wife’s birthday, even though you have it once every year. Those commercials were drilled into you and your brain filed them away as important.

Brains like to group together or categorize similar items. The more it sees of the same item, the easier it is to access that item at a later date and links them together.

Think of a commercial that you may have seen a million times. You may hate it and can’t stand the sight of it, but you remember it. Companies pay millions of dollars to do this through the branding of their products.

Familiar is comfortable to us. That’s why we have favorite restaurants, or bars that we attend on a regular basis. People know us and we are familiar with the surroundings.

The famous sitcom, “Cheers”, was based on this rule of the brain. “You want to go where everybody knows your name.”

Familiar is safe, and it breeds trust with people. Even the most obstinate people are safe to be around because their actions are consistent with who they are, and we are familiar with that.

Building this kind of consistency takes time. It doesn’t happen over night.

So the next time you want to change your blog or do some drastic redecorating, change the message, or how you present it…stop for a minute. Think…just because you are getting bored, doesn’t mean your prospects are.

8 Ways To Get People To Read Your Blog

You put a lot into your writing. You go through the process, put it all together and click the publish button….and nobody reads it. Weeks go by and not one hit. What did you do wrong?

Almost 80% of all the people that surf the net are scanners. You have about 5 seconds to capture their attention. If you don’t they are off to the next site.

Let me give 8 quick steps to check before you quit writing all together.

1. The Scanner

A study showed that almost 80% of all Internet users scan rather than read. Think about how many times you’ve been surfing the web for information, you find a site, scan it quickly to see if they have what you’re looking for, and if they don’t you move on.

How can you catch the scanner, make him lean into your content, engage him so that he will stay and read your information?

2. Just The Facts Mam

If you have a complex topic to cover, and are long winded, like me, consider writing a series of posts. This will keep your reader coming back to get more and they won’t have a ton of content to digest.

State your conclusion first and support it with the sentences that follow. This helps scanners to move from point to point, and decide where they’d like to dive in deeper.

3. Break It Up

There is nothing more hard to face then when you finally find the information you want, but as you approach it you see this very small tiny print. Like reading, “War and Peace”. You just find it’s not that important, and move on.

Everything becomes more readable when you can see a lot of white space. Feature one idea per paragraph, and keep them short — three or four sentences at most, and even write some one sentence paragraphs.

You can also break up your content with subheadings. Subheadings are a powerful resource to keep the reader engaged and flowing through the rest of your content. Make your subheadings clear and to the point with no BS.

Subheadings are very important when dealing with scanners. They will often just go to the subheads and read only the ones that they want, so make them compelling and to the point.

4.  Use Bullets

Bullet lists, not bullets for your gun. Scanners love bullet lists because they are an easy way to scan multiple points. They look different from the rest of your text, so they provide a visual break for your reader.

5. Use Image Captions

I always like to look at the pictures first. I guess that’s why lots of people love to read the comic section of the newspaper.

Studies have shown that deep image captions are the biggest read of any article. These should be two to three sentences long and they have the ability to capture the reader into digging deeper into the article.

6. Add Relevant Links

Adding internal links, that keep the reader on your site and reading your best material, are very important, but also external links that show the reader, you’ve done your research, and expand his knowledge of the topic to other experts.

7. Highlight The Important Stuff

Use bold print to highlight relevant and important things that you want to bring to your readers attention. These are very easy for the scanner to see as he scans your content. On the other hand, this can work against you if you highlight every single little insignificant piece of information.

Have you ever seen those articles that have everything highlighted with bold print. You don’t know what to read first.

8. The Numbers Work

For some reason, numbered lists work very effectively. Look how many articles have in their titles, “3 ways to do this”, “10 simple steps to take”. You’re reading one right now. Numbers are an incredibly effective way to both capture attention and to keep the reader oriented.

Don’t quit writing, just try to implement these 8 ways to get people to read your blog. Trust me, they really work.

Happy writing.

Ten Steps To Build Credibility With Your Followers

What is credibility? According to the dictionary it means; “The quality, capability, or power to elicit belief.” In short, it means my ability to convey to my followers that I am a truthful and honest guy. You can trust and believe what I say. How do I get you, my readers to believe this about me? I am going to give you ten steps to build credibility with your followers.

1. Verify that the information on my site is accurate

You can do this by getting third party support for the information you present. When you give links to your source material, even if people don’t go to those links, you are showing  your confidence and trust in what your giving out.

2. Show Everyone That You Are Real

We live in an age of scams, inaccuracies, and lies. Showing a physical address, photos of products or offices, and a legitimate website for your organization and this should boast your credibility.

3. Do You Have Experts On Your Team?

Be sure to give their accreditation. People want to be sure you are affiliated with a respected organization. Make sure they know that you are. Don’t link with sites that are not credible. Remember, you are who you are by association.

4. Show That These Experts Are Honest and Trustworthy

Show who they are through some videos, images, or trainings. Let people see that the leadership and training of your organization is solid and true. Don’t be afraid to show the value of your group.

5. Put Your Contact Information Out There

So many people are timid and shy about this. Your running a business, how are people supposed to get in contact with you if you don’t have an email, phone number, or some other way to get in touch with you?

6. Make Your Site Professional With The Right Look

Set your site up to look the part and create the image that you are trying to portray. You have just seconds to gain the attention of someone who is surfing the net.

7. Make Your Site Easy To Walk Through and Use

Research shows that if it’s hard for someone to maneuver around and see all there is to see, they won’t stay long and they won’t be coming back.

8. Update Your Content Often

Not only do the search engines give you more credibility when you do this, but visitors and your followers will also. Fresh new information will keep the traffic lines flowing.

9. Use Promotional Ads Sparingly

Remember you are branding you, so try not to bombard people with to many promotions and ads. Keep it to a minimum. You don’t want people feeling like their walking through the middle of the yellow pages. Keep them with lots of valuable content.

10. Avoid Mistakes – Even The Tiny Little Ones

Typographical errors and broken links hurt a site’s credibility more than most people imagine. It’s also important to keep your site up and running. You can loose a lot if your site is down for any length of time.

If you can implement these ten simple steps and be consistent with your efforts, your site will be visited quite frequently, your followers will increase, and your search engine rankings will start to rise.

Remember, consistency is the key. Don’t just start and do it for a month or two, keep at it and you will see results.

Try these ten steps and please leave a comment about the results that you received. I would love to hear from you.

Three Steps To Encourage Followers To Your Blog

Have you ever been to a mall or any where and you see a big crowd of people? What do you do? Well naturally you go over to the large crowd of people because you want to see what’s going on.

Is there a crowd at your blog?

If your online and see an ad that says, “we have already helped over 20,000 people get on the fast track to success”, what do you do? You click on it because you want to see what’s going on. If 20,000 people have already been helped, it can’t hurt to take a look?

Once you have already established yourself, it is a lot easier to make those claims and you will get followers just because of the large number of people who are already following. It’s human nature to follow the large crowd.

But what if you are just getting started? What if you don’t have all those people following you yet?

I’m going to give you three steps to encourage followers to your blog.

1.     Encourage Comments

If you’re invited to a party, what’s the first thing people will always ask? Who else is coming? I want to know what kind of cool people are going to be there. Nobody wants to go to a party that has no one there and especially no cool people to hang with.

The same with your blog. If there are no comments, then it’s not cool and why would I want to be there? Lots of comments tells new readers that this must be a cool place to hang out at. Only thing is, no one wants to be the first to say anything. So ask people to leave a comment, or better yet, end your posts with a question to encourage comments.

If that doesn’t work, get a blog buddy. This person will leave comments on your blog and you will do the same for him. You can even do this as a small group of blog buddies to help each other out. It’s a great way to boast traffic and subscriptions.

2.     Tell Stories

Engage your readers by telling compelling stories that show how someone else has benefited from taking your advice.

Who doesn’t like a good story, especially one that has relevance to your reader and gets across the point you are trying to make. That what you are saying is true and here’s why.

Tell your story as if you are sitting across the table from them having a cup of coffee. Nothing elaborate and crazy, and stay away from the bragging and boasting about yourself. That will just chase people away.

3.     Get Testimonials

When you have a new business, you probably don’t have to many people who can vouch for you yet. Try giving out some free samples. Family and friends are a good place to start, and then get their feedback by asking them some specific questions.

Use video or article posts and always ask for permission to use this information as a testimonial. This is a great way to build credibility and enhance the element of proof for your product.

Be creative and have fun. Even if your blog is new, you can start using these three steps right now and watch your followers list start to grow. As your follower list grows, people won’t be able to just walk on by your bog. They will see the crowd and want to know, “what’s going on over there?”

Stop Them In Their Tracks Headlines – That Converts Browsers Into Buyers

To create headlines that stop readers right in their tracks, generate attention to every word, and lead them right to the buy button of your page, you need to master the art of creative headlines.

Once you realize the power of headlines, and how you can draw your readers in and turn a casual browser, into an excited reader that is ready to click on that “buy button”.

Tell Your Readers They’re In The Right Place

We live in a busy world. You only have about seven seconds to catch the eye of your reader. People won’t read your article or sales page to find out if it is relevant to them. You have to tell them.

How do you do that? It’s simple; you make sure that your headline is clear, not cleaver. Tell your reader exactly what they are going to get if they read on.

Be specific. Use words that spell out, without any doubt, that what you have is very relevant to they’re specific need or problem. For example, read the title of this article your reading right now. “Stop Them In Their Tracks  Headlines -  That Convert Browsers Into Buyers”

When your writing your headline, think of the primary problem and the results that your readers are looking for. Make that your headline. If you do this right, your readers will know that they are  in the right place and you can get cleaver latter on in the copy.

Dangle The Carrot Under Their Nose – With A Powerful Result in The Headline

After you show that they’re in the right place and what you have is relevant to what they need, you need to dangle a mouth watering result that will come from addressing that need. A sentence or line that will be a connection and a link from relevance to result is extremely important.

Remember, most people are not looking for products or services as they are looking for results to issues or problems that they are having. The keywords that you use in your headlines, can be that connection from relevance to result. Put yourself into your readers shoes. Why would they want to take that relevant action? This should give you a couple of gold nuggets to put into your headline.

This article is a good example. Your still reading because you want to know how to write better headlines. Headlines that will turn those browsers into buyers. I put that into the headline.

Add Words That Stir The Emotions and Create Action in Your Headline

Once relevance and results are tied together, put some keywords into your headline that make those two jump out at you. Take a look at my headline for this post. I used the long-tailed keyword, “stop them in their tracks” to describe what kind of headline. I also used the the word, “converts” that describes what kind of action will result when these changes are made.

Choose relevant keywords that make the desired results more accessible. You could also add words like “easy” or “simple” to your headline to describe a desired timeframe.

A powerful tool that I use to generate relevant keywords and phrases with astonishing results is Market Samurai. This tool takes all the work out of finding relevant keywords for your articles or sales pages. Unless you’re an expert at SEO, Market Samurai is a must for every serious entrepreneur.

As with anything, practice will make you better and better at writing articles and sales pages that are ranked at the top of all the search engines. Before you know it, you will be writing, “Stop Them In Their Tracks Headlines – That Converts Browsers Into Buyers”
