I heard about that, sneezing into your arm. That does sound better then into your hand, which you will touch things and spread your germs anyway.

Enjoyed your sneezing blog…now I feel like I need to sneeze. I’d also add to it something I tell my student’s…cover your nose and mouth with your arm as there are less chances of then spreading the “sneeze germs” with your hand.
