4 Reasons Why I Joined Numis Network

Network marketing has been around for over one hundred years. Avon, the oldest network marketing company around, was started back in 1886. It’s in 140 countries and has 10 billion dollars in sales every year. And you thought network marketing was a pyramid scheme.

Most people join because a friend is in, or a family member has joined and they are looking for others to build their organization, and these are the people that will start out, maybe sign a couple of people, and after a couple of months, they will quit. These are the ones who give network marketing a bad name.

The first thing that everyone is looking at is the product. What are you going to be marketing, is naturally a very big ingredient in the mix. There are a lot of choices out there, and a lot of different industries to choose from. Juice, and vitamins from the 700 billion dollar health and wellness industry, and soaps, oil, phones….. the list goes on and on.

2. Leadership

When I got involved in network marketing, I didn’t really know a whole lot. I teamed up with some people that knew a lot more than me and had been doing it successfully for a whole lot longer as well. When they introduced me to take a look at Numis, I knew it was something that I needed to pay attention too, and it was.

He has produced sales in excess of one billion dollars, and is regarded as the greatest numismatic salesman in the world. 3. Market

Do you think that there just might be a pretty good market right now for gold and silver collectible coins? The market couldn’t be better. Everybody loves talking about it and no one is ever offended by it. Nobody minds having it collect in their closets or bedroom shelves. There’s no expiration date on it, and it has an intrinsic value that no other product has. As a matter of fact, if I had been collecting these incredible coins for the past ten years, the ones that were the oldest would still have a value attached to them. Can you say that about a juice or a vitamin?

4. Training

Duplication is something that you have to have in your network marketing business or you’re going to be in a boat without a paddle. If you don’t have a system of training and duplication, you may start out good, but you will fizzle out rather quickly.

Become a Duplicator and Become a Success in Network Marketing

I am learning to become the great duplicator in my network marketing business. As a matter of fact we must all become a duplicators. Become a duplicator and become a success in network marketing.

My three year old grand-daughter follows me around my house where ever I go. She has become my shadow. Even when I go into my office, she will follow me in there. We are getting better at setting some rules down for her, but she is going to be a true network marketer when she grows up. I can tell because once you get her started talking, she is hard to shut down. A sign of a true network marketer.

She likes to imitate or duplicate everything that I do. She has become a duplicator of her grandpa. That’s exactly what all of us should become of the leaders in our network marketing business. Find the successful and top earners and duplicate what they do and you will be successful. These people have already gone down the road that you are traveling. They know where the potholes and curves are at. They can steer you in the right direction. All you have to do is become a master of duplication.

Listen to a webinar, read a book, or have a phone conversation, and write down the answers that you found. Implement those in your business and find out which ones worked and which ones didn’t. Pass that information onto the people in your organization. Chances are, they are struggling with the same things that you are. They are looking for answers too. You give them the information that they need to help them become duplicators also.

We live in an information age. People that have the answers and the information are the people who are sought after. They are the ones that are successful. As you are learning and growing in your business, you pass your experience and information out to others. You will start to stand out and pull away from all the other peddlers in the ocean who are just looking for someone to market their products too.

With your growing knowledge of marketing, you will know more than 90% of all other marketers. You will stand out as a leader and one who leads with value and not just another clone of everybody else. This is why you should be at every function of your business. You should be on all the webinars. Glean everything that you can from the leaders in your network marketing business. Use it and pass this valuable information on to others.

You must always carry the two P’s with you. Patience and persistence.  Remember this is not going to happen over night. It is going to take time to develop your skills and experience. Over time, your hard work, patience and persistence will make you a true leader with a great organization and a successful network marketing business.
