Advice and Strategies That Will Take You Out of This World

There Are Two Words in Network Marketing – Network and Marketing

Network Marketing. Yes there are two words in network marketing. Network and marketing.

What’s a network? A network is an organization or a group of people who are all working for the same goal. That could describe the company or place of employment that you are at right now, but I would highly doubt that you are all working for the same goal.

You see, your goal might be to become president of that company one day, or maybe just a floor supervisor, but whatever it is, I can almost guarantee that they are others in the company that have the same aspirations as you do, and only one is going to get the prize.

Have you ever seen the movie, “Wall-street”? In the movie, Michael Douglas plays the CEO of a huge corporation and Charlie Sheen is the young  aspiring, goal driven, corporate executive climbing the ladder and trying to get to the top. It’s a great view of the dog eat dog life of a JOB, whether it’s corporate America or just working in a small gas station, there is always someone who wants your job. This is called a network.

In network marketing there is a network of people who are all working for the same thing, but it’s not the boss’s job they’re after. You see in network marketing, you are the boss, because it’s your business and you run your own network, or organization of people, to achieve financial freedom, and everyone in your network is working to achieve this same goal. Nobody is stepping on someone else’s toes so they can leap-frog over them and get to the top. We’re all working for the same end. No dog eat dog here.

Now the other word that is in network marketing is…marketing, and this is the one that most people forget about. Marketing is the key to running your network. Without marketing you won’t have a network for very long.

I have a friend who did not want to learn anything about marketing, all he wanted to do was find the next greatest product, put it out there and people would come from miles and miles away to purchase this incredible product that he had. That’s what he thought anyway.

Your just one peddler in an ocean of peddlers

He came to a very stark reality that he was just one peddler in an ocean of peddlers and why should anyone consider him over another?

When you learn some marketing strategies and techniques on how important the marketing part is to your network marketing business, then and only then, will you start making some strides toward building your network and making some nice residual money in the process, and a process it is.

Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will your network marketing business be either. It’s going to take you learning some new skills and putting together an organization that will grow and propel your business into high gear.

Along with marketing skills, people skills are a nice thing to have also. If you struggle with this part, you might want to get into some training and hook up with some people who can teach you the art of listening, because that is the number one qualification to your people skills that you must have. I say art, because learning to listen well is an art and it just doesn’t come natural to most people…at least it didn’t with me.

I hated to get on the phone because I was always afraid of saying the wrong thing and that is because I was always talking to much. When I learned how to listen and let my prospect do most of the talking, it became very easy. My prospect would lead the way and I would just monitor the conversation.

Yes, there are two words in network marketing, and there are two skills that are very important to master in your network marketing business. People skills and learning the skill of listening are what you must master. They will also help you in so many other parts of your life. Really folks… listening is not a bad thing.

7 Steps to Starting Your Own Business

What are your dreams? Have you ever just dreamed of things and wondered what if, and why not? Ever dream of starting your own business? Maybe from the time you and your friend had a lemonade stand, in your front yard, as a kid growing up; you always wondered what it would be like, and if you could be successful at running your own business.
With our struggling economy and people trying to make ends meet, everyone is looking at anything they can do to increase their income. Maybe a second job or even a change of careers, there is nothing that is left off the table.
What about starting a business? Now unless you have at least a quarter of a million dollars laying around and about 60 to 80 hours a week that you don’t know what to do with, starting your own business is totally out of the question today, unless…. you are thinking of a home business opportunity.
Did you know that home based businesses or network marketing; is a 114 billion dollar a year industry? That’s billion with a B. When most people think of network marketing they think of companies like Amway and Avon, but let’s take a look at these businesses.
Did you know that Amway is the largest company in the world today, using the network marketing vehicle? Its sales are in excess of 8 billion dollars a year?
Avon has sales over 10 billion dollars a year and is the oldest network marketing company around. It was founded back in 1886. Who says network marketing won’t last. These are just two of over five thousand companies fighting for a little piece of that 114 billion dollar pie.
Donald Trump owns his own network marketing company and Robert Kiyosaki says the network marketing is the business of the future. Let me give you seven reasons why you might want to consider why network marketing might be a place to start looking if you need extra income or if you ever dreamed about starting your own business. This is not going to be for everyone, but it just might be for you.
1. The Cost
Like I said, to start your own business, you will need a good chunk of change to even get your feet off the ground. You can get into most network marketing businesses with a minimal investment of five hundred dollars or less.
2. Time Investment
With any business, you have to put your time and energies into getting things going. Network marketing is no different. If I was a doctor, attorney, or baker, my business would be me. I am the business. If something happens to me, the business closes. With network marketing, my network is my business.
Yes, it takes time to build, but once it is built, my business will continue to pay me a residual income, no matter what I do, because I am leveraging the efforts of my network that I have built, to create a continuous income stream for me. I don’t have to be there 70 or 80 hours a week. After all, isn’t that what it means to “own your own business”?
3. The Product
Many people will get into a network marketing business without putting any real thought behind it. You must have a product that is marketable for the times, a process for duplication, and a company that has the leadership and training to back you up.
4. May The Force of the Network Be With You
The only income stream you will ever be able to generate in most businesses, is when you make a sale of your product or service. In the corporate world, I want to step on you and dominate you so I can get to the top. You are not a friend; you are an obstacle that is in my way of getting to where I want to be.
Not so in network marketing. I want to help you succeed, because your success is my success. We all benefit when the network team succeeds. I am building a network force of individuals that will leverage their efforts and abilities to create an income stream that will continue to come in every single month. Through duplication, this is done over and over throughout the entire network.

5. Create Your Own Schedule
This is your business and you can work it around your life and create your own hours. Many people start their new home based business on a part time basis. With the power of the Internet, many businesses can be taken with you were ever you go. If you have a lap-top and a smart phone, you are ready to go.
6. Learn Perseverance
Rome wasn’t built in a day. Give yourself a proper time schedule of two to five years. I see so many people that don’t do their homework and jump into something, and after three months they quit. Nobody is going to be successful in any business after only three months, and if this is your first attempt at starting a business, there is going to be some things that only time and experience will teach you.
7. Roll Up Your Sleeves and Get To Work
Work as hard as you want. Remember; treat your business like a business and it will pay you like a business. Treat it like a hobby and it will pay you like a hobby. You can’t just sit on your hands and expect your business to grow. Running your own business is going to take a lot of work and failures, before you’ll ever learn how to fly, but only those who refuse to quit will ever make it to the winners circle.
In closing, I would like to suggest a network marketing business, that has the perfect product, the leadership and training to support all, and it is in a niche all by itself. A 100 billion dollar a year niche and we are the only ones doing this through the vehicle of the network marketing industry. That’s 100 billion with a B. Eleven million every hour. There are lots of customers in our market.
Numis Network is the name. Gold and silver graded collectible coins are its game. In case you haven’t noticed, gold and silver are a very hot topic today, so If you’re looking for other avenues of income or maybe you’ve always had a dream of starting your own business, Numis Network just might be for you.

Search Engine Keyword

Search engines are the vehicles that drive potential
customers to your websites. But in order for visitors to
reach their destination; your website;  you need to
provide them with specific and effective signs that will
direct them right to your site. You do this by creating
carefully chosen, search engine keywords.

Think of the right keywords as the Open Sesame! of the
Internet. Find the exact right words or phrases, and
presto! Hoards of traffic will be pulling up to your front
door. But if your keywords are too general or too
over-used, the possibility of visitors actually making it
all the way to your site – or of seeing any real profits
from the visitors that do arrive – decreases dramatically.

Your keywords serve as the foundation of your marketing
strategy. If they are not chosen with great precision, no
matter how aggressive your marketing campaign may be, the
right people may never get the chance to find out about it.
So your first step in plotting your strategy is to gather
and evaluate keywords and phrases.

You probably think you already know EXACTLY the right words
for your search phrases. Unfortunately, if you haven’t
followed certain specific steps, you are probably WRONG.
It’s hard to be objective when you are right in the center
of your business network, which is the reason that you may
not be able to choose the most efficient keywords from the
inside. You need to be able to think like your customers.
And since you are a business owner and not the consumer,
your best bet is to go directly to the source.

Instead of plunging in and scribbling down a list of
potential search words and phrases yourself, ask for words
from as many potential customers as you can. You will most
likely find out that your understanding of your business
and your customers’ understanding is significantly
different.

The consumer is an invaluable resource. You will find the
words you accumulate from them are words and phrases you
probably never would have considered from deep inside the
trenches of your business.

Only after you have gathered as many words and phrases from
outside resources should you add your own keyword to the
list. Once you have this list in hand, you are ready for
the next step: evaluation.

The aim of evaluation is to narrow down your list to a
small number of words and phrases that will direct the
highest number of quality visitors to your website. By
“quality visitors” I mean those consumers who are most
likely to make a purchase rather than just cruise around
your site and take off for greener pastures. In evaluating
the effectiveness of keywords, bear in mind three elements:
popularity, specificity, and motivation.

Popularity is the easiest to evaluate because it is an
objective quality. The more popular your keyword is, the
more likely the chances are that it will be typed into a
search engine which will then bring up your URL.

You can now purchase software that will rate the popularity
of keywords and phrases by giving words a number rating
based on real search engine activity.

Software such as Market Samurai will even suggest variations of your words and tell you before hand witch ones to use so you don’t waste money on PPC or others resources without getting the results you are looking for. I use Market Samurai, and I would recommend it to anyone.

The more targeted your keywords the more traffic you can logically expect to
be directed to your site. The only fallacy with this
concept is the more popular the keyword is, the greater the
search engine position you will need to obtain. If you are
down at the bottom of the search results, the consumer will
probably never find you.

Popularity isn’t enough to declare a keyword a good choice.
You must move on to the next criteria, which is
specificity. The more specific your search engine keyword is, the greater
the likelihood that the consumer who is ready to purchase
your goods or services will find you.

Let’s look at a hypothetical example. Imagine that you have
obtained popularity rankings for the keyword “automobile
companies.” However, you company specializes in bodywork
only. The keyword “automobile body shops” would rank lower
on the popularity scale than “automobile companies,” but it
would nevertheless serve you much better. Instead of
getting a slew of people interested in everything from
buying a car to changing their oil filters, you will get
only those consumers with trashed front ends or crumpled
fenders being directed to your site. In other words,
consumers ready to buy your services are the ones who will
immediately find you. Not only that, but the greater the
specificity of your keyword is, the less competition you
will face.

The third factor is consumer motivation. Once again, this
requires putting yourself inside the mind of the customer
rather than the seller to figure out what motivation
prompts a person looking for a service or product to type
in a particular word or phrase. Let’s look at another
example, such as a consumer who is searching for a job as
an IT manager in a new city. If you have to choose between
“Seattle job listings” and “Seattle IT recruiters” which do
you think will benefit the consumer more? If you were
looking for this type of specific job, which keyword would
you type in? The second one, of course! Using the second
keyword targets people who have decided on their career,
have the necessary experience, and are ready to enlist you
as their recruiter, rather than someone just out of school
who is casually trying to figure out what to do with his or
her life in between beer parties. You want to find people
who are ready to act or make a purchase, and this requires
subtle tinkering of your keywords until your find the most
specific and directly targeted phrases to bring the most
motivated traffic to you site.

Once you have chosen your keywords, your work is not done.
You must continually evaluate performance across a variety
of search engines, bearing in mind that times and trends
change, as does popular lingo. You cannot rely on your log
traffic analysis alone because it will not tell you how
many of your visitors actually made a purchase.

Luckily, some new tools have been invented to help you
judge the effectiveness of your keywords in individual
search engines. There is now software available that
analyzes consumer behavior in relation to consumer traffic.
This allows you to discern which keywords are bringing you
the most valuable customers. Market Samurai can give you the direction you need for deciding which keywords will bring you the most targeted traffic.

This is an essential concept: numbers alone do not make a
good keyword; profits per visitor do. You need to find
keywords that direct consumers to your site who actually
buy your product, fill out your forms, or download your
product. This is the most important factor in evaluating
the efficacy of a keyword or phrase, and should be the
sword you wield when discarding and replacing ineffective
or inefficient keywords with keywords that bring in better
profits.

Ongoing analysis of tested keywords is the formula for
search engine success. This may sound like a lot of work -
and it is! But the amount of informed effort you put into
your keyword campaign is what will ultimately generate your
business’ rewards, and Conquering The Internet will be the keyword to your success.

Yes, I Want The MLM Secrets Now!

Mastering This One Skill Will Accelerate Every Network Marketer’s Hopes And Dreams Of Success

With the permission of my friend, Larry Beacham, I am giving this article. He hits the nail on the head when it comes to network marketing. Enjoy.

I was at the grocery store the other day and while in the checkout line, I noticed this machine near the exit called a Coin Star. Now, I’ve seen this machine many times but usually walked by it without giving it a second look and I’d never seen anyone using it. So, I really didn’t understand what it was for.

This particular day, I saw a young couple approach the Coin Star machine with two gigantic jars of coins in each arm. I stood and watched as they dumped those coins into that machine, and as the coins filtered down through the mechanism, it automatically sorted and sifted the coins and gave a final count on the total. The couple took a receipt of that total to the customer service desk and received their cash equivalent.

Standing there, I instantly got a revelation as to how that machine relates to the success of the modern day network marketer, even my own success and it is simply this: Amateurs manually rifle through random people trying to identify the “silver dollars,” while the professionals build a machine that does the sifting and sorting for them.

Every network marketer has been told to sit down and write out a prospect/warm market list to contact for their business. This approach has been taught since the beginning of time, and is still being used to this day.

Now, this approach does work, however it is inherently inefficient because you have no way of knowing in advance who the “silver dollar” is. So, it is as though you have this giant jar of mixed coins that you have to dig your hand into and handle each coin one by one, hoping that each time you reach in that you can pull out a silver dollar. You end up spending a lot of time handling “chump change” (i.e. tire kickers, haters, opportunity “seekers” rather than “buyers,” skeptics, cynics, unqualified job mentality individuals, etc.) and this can become very discouraging.

Statistically speaking, the average network marketer quits their business after 63 days, and this very approach to building their business is a key culprit. People get tired of dealing with all the chump change in their jar and can’t endure long enough to get down to the silver dollars.

I used to be one of those who spent a lot of time handling chump change and I simply got tired of that process. So, I went out and found a machine that would allow me to dump my jar of coins into it, and I could put it on a setting that said, “Silver Dollars.” It did all the sifting and sorting for me, and because I set it to only kick out silver dollars, I no longer had to personally handle anything that wasn’t a silver dollar.

There isn’t anything that’s going to put every single silver dollar into your business, but what makes good business sense is to get in front of more silver dollars and less chump change. Additionally, it’s much more fun to have something else redirect all those naysayers and haters so that you don’t feel the sting of rejection.

So, how do you build your own network marketer lead sifting machine? Well, you first must locate the manufacturer of such a machine and figure out what it will take to purchase one.

There are a few machines out here that are “posers,” giving the impression that they sort for you but in reality they only shuffle around your coins and give them back to you, or they EXTRACT YOUR SILVER DOLLARS leaving you with chump change. Learning MLM Secrets will make the difference of failure and success.

Find yourself a system that will do the sifting for you. After all, who has time to fool around with a bunch of chump change?
